Welcome to Tindall & Ranson Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning’s new online news center and blog. Tindall & Ranson: Then and Now

Started in 1993, Tindall & Ranson Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. was founded and opened by owner Kevin Tindall, alongside his wife Kathy and 2 technicians, in the dining room of their home. Within the year, Tindall & Ranson quickly expanded to offices on Alexander Street in Princeton before moving down the street to our current location on Alexander Road in 1995. Kevin has 40+ years of experience in the plumbing and HVAC industries and takes that extensive working knowledge to provide creative solutions for plumbing, heating, cooling, indoor air quality and home performance issues.

Kevin holds a NJ Master Plumbing License, NJ HVAC-R Master License, and a NJ Contractor Registration License. These licenses issued by the state ensure homeowners that Tindall & Ranson, or any Plumbing/HVAC company you work with, is a professional meeting all the safety and skill requirements to be licensed by the state.

After operating for 15 years with our plumbing and HVAC renovation and repair services, in 2008 Tindall & Ranson added geothermal HVAC solutions to our scope of work become one of the first three companies in New Jersey to offer geothermal technology. In 2010, our in-house contractor, Chris Helm, was certified through the the nation’s first home performance credentialing non-profit, the Building Performance Institute (BPI), to perform home performance energy audits.

Today, Tindall & Ranson has 15 employees, including 8 technicians, to service the Greater Mercer County resident’s plumbing, HVAC, geothermal and home performance needs.
